Sophie’s Patch Easter Open Garden will be taking place on the 16th, 17th and 18th of April this year. The BSSA has a stall at each of Sophie's events where we sell our honey and talk to the public about beekeeping. It is a lot of fun. Sophie is a valued patron of the BSSA. 

We are looking for volunteers who are available to help over the 3 days. Time slots we need to fill are 10.00 am to 1.00 pm, and 1.00 pm to 4.30 pm. The address is 394 Springs Rd, Mt Barker. You are able to enter Sophie’s free of charge as a volunteer. We endeavour to have 3 volunteers per shift, so that there are opportunities for all volunteers to have a break, go to the toilet or just look around. It is a wonderful couple of hours.
